These sights , from three weeks in India, are laced with beauty and some of the nation’s character.
Exploring forts trained my thoughts to the present fight India has (one to eradicate the predominate 70% of the country classified to be at the bottom of the pyramid). Visiting cultural monuments reminded me of the beauty amongst the struggle. Astonishing architecture reframed my perspective of the possibilities, the potential, as creative outlets and innovation can pave the way to new problem-solving angles. Seeing the land and locals helped to ground me in the tangible reality of the situation. The paradox of progress and paralysis in the past.
